IC Projects (UK) Ltd was established in February 2007 by its four directors, Carl Neill, Gary Marks, Steve Graham & Mark Aske. The company specialises in all aspects of industrial & commercial roofing and internal property refurbishment.
Carl & Gary have an extensive background in industrial & commercial roofing and are also NATAS qualified asbestos surveyors. Both have worked in the roofing trade for the past 15 years and they share a huge knowledge of all roofing & cladding systems.
Steve & Marks’s background is in industrial, commercial & shop fitting refurbishment and they have over 50 years experience between them. Major projects during their careers include Heathrow Terminal 4, Birmingham’s Bull Ring & Selfridges store plus various House of Fraser and Marks & Spencers stores.
We know that quality and attention to detail are paramount and are proud to be members of both the National Federation of Builders and the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. All four directors have a wealth of experience in their respective fields and understand the requirements of successful project management. Their combined skills, enthusiasm & resources allow IC Projects to confidently undertake any project, regardless of size. A combination of our own fully qualified employees, plus an extensive network of experienced sub-contractors, gives us total control of every part of the project. Our capabilities cover all aspects of the construction industry ranging from roofing, brickwork, groundworks & asbestos removal through to carpentry, joinery, plumbing, gas fitting and decorating.

You deal with one project manager from start to finish and all necessary certification and guarantees are supplied. We cater for jobs of all sizes, from smaller roof repairs & general property maintenance, to much larger projects as illustrated in the following pages.
